The SCIA’NEW Chief and Council are pleased to announce that a Membership Distribution will take place in December 2024 for registered members who are 18 years and older.
What You Need to Do:
To receive your distribution, you must complete the Distribution Form in its entirety. Incomplete forms will result in delays and will not be processed until completed.
Important Dates to Remember:
Application Deadline: December 10, 2024, at 4:00 PM
Applications submitted after this date will not be processed until the New Year.
Direct Deposit Date: December 16, 2024
Cheque Pick-Up Dates: December 16–18, 2024, during office hours
Cheques not picked up by the end of the day on December 18, 2024, will be held until the New Year.
How to Submit Your Application:
- Complete your form over the phone by contacting the office.
- Submit your form electronically as a PDF to membership@beecherbay.ca
- Hand in a hard copy. Forms are available at the office.
We encourage having direct deposit especially with the Postal Strike that is happening, if you are requesting your distribution to be mailed.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the office and ask for Angel. We encourage you to submit your application early to avoid delays.
