Dear SC’IȺNEW Members
The SCIA’NEW Chief and Council are pleased to announce that a Membership Distribution will take place in July of 2025 for registered members who are 18 years and older.
This distribution is for SCIA’NEW members who have been registered prior to November 2024. Finance will process distribution according to the forms filled out in the December 2024 distribution.
What You Need to Do:
If your address has changed since the last distribution, please fill out the Membership Contact information form and send to Membership@beecherbay.ca
To update your banking information please email: Finance@beecherbay.ca
Important Dates to Remember:
Contact information must be updated no later than July 15th.
Direct Deposit Date: July 18th, 2025
Cheque Pick-Up Dates: July 21- July 25th during office hours
Cheques not picked up by July 30’th will be mailed out.

We encourage you to submit your updated contact information before July 18th. Any information updated after July 18th will be subject to delay.

- Submit your form electronically as a PDF to membership@beecherbay.ca
- Hand in a hard copy. Forms are available at the office.
