We are nearing the end of fiscal year. All Social Assistance Clients will have to fill out a new annual application in order to continue receiving benefits.
If application is not in you are not eligible to receive next cheque.
In order to receive your April benefits, we will need to close old year files making sure all required documents have been submitted.
Again, you are required to have:
- Declarations if not all were filled out
- 2 Pieces of Identification (must have)
- Copies of completed taxes from 2023-2024 (if you have not already provided)
- 30 Day Bank Statement
- Copy of Hydro & Phone Bill
